1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for defective or damaged products.

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or physical damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

Include photos or a video showing the defect/damage.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 days.

5. Exchange
We offer replacements for defective products if the issue is reported within 7 days.
Replaced/Exchanged product will be delivered with 7 days.
